Purpose
“The Jockey Club Sleep Well Project” (賽馬會樂眠無憂計劃) aims to promote sleep health and improve sleep issues among the general public. It provides scientifically proven non-pharmacological “stepwise” support services for individuals troubled by sleep problems.
As our project will only provide Chinese service at this stage, please refer to Chinese version for further details.
Nature of service
The program adopts Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I). The program includes the following components:
- Promoting a sleep-healthy culture
- Providing treatment options at different levels
- Enhancing community support for sleep Issues
Service region
Hong Kong Island District, Islands District, Sham Shui Po District, Tuen Mun District and Yuen Long District
Target Service Users
Individuals aged between 18 and 70 who wish to improve insomnia.
Entry and Exit of Service Users
By registering through the “Sleep Well and Worry-Free” platform (樂眠無憂平台), service users can also apply to withdraw from the service at any time.
Service Hour
Monday to Friday 10:00am -5:30pm (Except on public holidays)
